EP37: Gratitude (Song Review) w/ Djaykams

In Episode 37 of Elevated Conversations, I interviewed the amazingly talented artist Djaykams about our recently released collaboration, “Gratitude”.

Djaykams and I connected a few months back when he came across one of my songs and reached out. We are both members of the Baha’i Faith, both love making music, and both share the name Nabil (it’s my middle name)!

He recently invited me to contribute a rap verse to his new song, and I’m so honored because the track turned out amazing!

In the interview, we explored Djaykams journey as an artist, how we met, the inspiration behind the new song, and a bunch of other elevated themes!

Raissa, Thank you for your wonderful explanation and examples of Gratitude. It captures the essence of B100 Daily and GP4 Life.

Nabil + Nabil, I’ve listened to the song “Gratitude” with a great delight both the lyrics (in French and English) and your enchanting voices with fascinating music. You made me think of what does gratitude means to me! While living our lives with gratitude we notice the little wins—like a stranger holding the door for you, or the sun shining through your window when you wake up in the morning, or your mom bringing you a bowl of Persian rice, or your dad giving you financial advice, or your uncle cooking spaghetti for you. Each of these small moments strings together to create a web of well-being that, over time, strengthens our ability to notice the good. The more we pay our attention to that which we feel grateful for, the more we’ll be grateful for! I wish both of you the bright future in elevating your talents to the highest levels and keep bringing joy and gratification to your grateful listeners.

Thank you Nabilx2 for your EC podcast but I have to be real. Gratitude is my kryptonite! I have so many things in my life to be grateful for but when I am depressed, I don’t even have the strength to pick up a pen to write in my journal why I am grateful. Superman I feel your pain. Love always, Dad aka Papa J
